Shipping Policy

Options for shipping methods and rates are as followings:

USA Orders:

California (South West) and US South West order will be shipped via cargo truck to the shipping address.

All other US destinations will be air shipped to a designated airport near the shipping address. We will make arrangements for you to pick up the product from secure site at the airport. You must provide proper identification that matches the name and address on the shipping label.

US Holidays and Weekends

Please note that we observe most US Holidays and our offices are closed on weekends (PST). Your order may not be shipped until the following business day after the observed holiday or weekend.
