All orders must follow the instructions below to properly request and complete a return merchandise authorization.
Defective Products
If the product(s) you received is not functioning or damaged. Please email customer service to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization code:

Once we have verified your order, we will issue a replacement the next business day. Included in the replacement package will be an return label for the return of the defective or damaged product(s). The shipping charges will be paid by BordCo.
Products are deemed defective only if they are a manufacturer's defect and the product is still in new and unused condition.
IMPORTANT: If the return product(s) is not received or located by Fedex within 30 days from receipt of replacement. BordCo reserves the right to charge your account for both product(s)
Non-Defective Products
If your product is not defective but you were not satisfied or simply wish to return it, you will need to make your own arrangements to send it back within 30 days of purchase. Please email customer service to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization code.
Please note that you must arrange tracked shipping back to the address below at your own cost and the product must arrive in new condition, unused. Allow 3 to 5 business days after your product arrives to be refunded for your purchase.
